My Roles/Duties for this film

I’m going to have a couple of stressful wees because I have so many things to accomplish to make my film a success. Did I mention that I’m the director, cinematographer, technical director/sound designer and editor?  Yes, I'm alone in this film, but I got this.  To make this movie a success, there are duties associated with each of these roles. As the director, it is my duty to balance my various creative urges with maintaining the formal framework of the film while ensuring that the film's vision is upheld throughout all stages of production. As the cinematographer, it is my duty to ensure the film's visual appeal. I have this duty throughout the entire production process, from pre-production when I envisioned the film and planned the shots to post-production when I gather the necessary images and offer editing assistance based on my familiarity with the film's footage. As the editor, it is my responsibility to see to it that all the film resources are gathered in order to create a text that achieves the goal. The editor plays a crucial role in the entire production process, but their post-production work is when they really shine. As the technical director/ sound designer, my responsibility is to contribute to pre- and post-production tasks. This is how filmmakers develop the auditory world of a movie to improve the tone, mood, and/or atmosphere of a movie. Now that I am aware of what I need to do in each specific role. Now it's the time for me to act out a story for my movie that I haven't thought of yet. However, I do have a few concepts. On my upcoming blog, I'll go over my thoughts on what I think I want to do.

Update About Me

Here's a little update on me in case you missed it! Hello, my name is Jenney, and I was born and raised in Florida. I am 16 years old. I'm an American Haitian. Philly cheesesteaks and food from Haiti are two of my favorite foods. In addition to pursuing a career, I want to become a detective in the future. I'm still considering my second career option right now. I need more than one career, so I'll be pursuing two. I put in too much effort to not be working 2 careers. I don't really have any free time, to be honest. Even on weekends and holidays, I'm constantly busy. My spare time, I'll admit, is when I should be doing my homework but instead get distracted by my phone or when I'm doing my homework in my room and wind up looking at my bed and decide to hop in it because I said "I’m going to rest my eyes" but end up falling asleep. Which, when I wake up, it makes me so angry. I cherish my sleep because I don't get much of it. At the moment, sleep is on my mind. But I always make sure I finish my assignments. As with Jenney, job and education comes first then sleep. Many people advised me not to think that way, but when I finish my tasks, that's what makes me happy. I can’t get a good sleep knowing my work is completed. When I do manage to find the time for these, my interests include cooking, napping, devotional reading, spending time with family, enjoying nature, and watching television. I've learned about my media consumption patterns that I seem to really appreciate action series. Even while I enjoy watching those kinds of things, I can never seem to sit through hours of them without falling asleep. Nowadays, I prefer to sleep during my rare free time rather than using technology or the media. It's also difficult for me to watch new series, but I'm working on it. I am interested in media studies because I want to learn more about what goes on behind the scenes of our screens. I'm interested in finding out how it contributes to our understanding of the influence that media has on us.
